Self service portals can be integrated into Wastedge from customised web page layouts designed for your purposes.
Standard portals are also available such as the Key Customer Portal.
This section contains reference material for use by Wastedge administrators of the customer portal.

Residential Self Service Portals

–      At-Call Resident Hard-waste, Problem Waste Booking Portals

  • Council or Contractor branded web page available for residents 24x7
  • Optional Calendar-based capacity controlled bookings web-page
    • Provides resident with available booking dates reservation calendar

  • Restricts to variable capacity per Day-of-Service Area or suburb
  • Ability to restrict at call bookings to various options:

    • Restrict bookings to same day as resident day of service
    • Restrict bookings to day after resident day of service
    • Restrict bookings to nominated day per suburb
    • Restrict bookings per zone area on map
    • Restricts number of bookings per date to assigned number of bookings truck capacity per day
