Scheduled service lines

Route Schedules normally get added to from within customer maintenance when adding a new customer service line to an existing Route this area is mainly used to look at the end result and to move sequenced lines up or down and to use the show on map link to look at the route on the map

  1. From the Menu bar, select Routes -> Scheduled Service Lines. You will be presented with the following page:


      
    The Scheduled Service Lines page will display the Route (last displayed within the window) and each of the bookings to be completed on that route.

  2. Scheduled services can be reordered within the page by either clicking on the arrow buttons , or changing the order number of the customer (within the Order column). 

  3. To see the services on another route, change the route number within the Route No field at the top of the page.
            
             

  4. To view each booking on a map, click on the Show all Addresses on Map hyperlink (atop the page). The bookings / services are then displayed on a map: 

             


  5. The Auto Re Seq button will change the numeric spacing between each service, so that other services can be placed between each service (e.g. for route optimisation).
