Wastedge's Accounts Receivable module supports your company's needs to manage receivables and automate simplify and streamline invoicing payments and debt collection processes.

Wastedge Invoicing and Accounts Receivable modules allow you to enter customer invoices, send customer statements, collect and apply payments, verify customer balances, collect on customer debt and easily build customer (custom) reports.

Invoice and Statement Delivery
Wastedge will take care of the the creation and delivery of customer invoices and statements.

Wastedge will create customer invoices direct from the confirmed operational transactions. With Wastedge's mobile applications for in-truck driver confirmations customers can be invoiced as soon as the driver confirms he has completed the work.

Invoices are generated in PDF format and can be formatted to suit your needs. Invoices and the underlying operational detail are stored directly against a Customer record for future reference .

AR transactions come from the invoicing process and from entry of receivables prepayments and payments batches

Customer Balances and Credit Limit Verification

Wastedge allows you to enter credit limits against customers in order warn you when customers get close to those credit limits. This will assist in reducing your exposure to uncollectible debts. You can specify a credit limit amount and a maximum overdue period for each customer. 

Simplified Debt collection and Merge letter generation capabilities

Wastedge assist in the collection of outstanding debt through its comprehensive debt review process. Outstanding debt can be sorted and filter by largest or oldest debt first and Mail merge PDF letters can be created and customized to your needs.

Follow up notes can be created against customers and invoices that will pop-up a reminder when the customer promised to pay.

Customers that exceed their payment terms and/or credit limit can easily be identified and easily be put on Credit Hold so no further services will be provided to them

Easy integration

Wastedge comes with simplified export capabilities to simply export invoices or payemnts into Excel (csv) format and load into other third-party software. It also offers a range of off-the-shelf custom exports to some of the more commonly used Financial applications, including:
