Invoice Attachment > Booking HTML Dockets and Tip Docket Attachments

Wastedge has the ability to attach scanned documents into invoices for customers based on the customer flag option "Send booking attachments with invoice".

As you can see links the Booking docket, Weighbridge Docket and other attachments can be included in the invoice PDF.

To enable this:

• Under Invoice Setup page, Send booking attachments select the categories of attachments on booking and its notes that are to be attached to invoice if this is a requirement for ALL customers by default, otherwise can be at (non) as setup on specific Customers

• Email booking dockets with invoices - set to No on Invoice setup page

• Customer - Accounting Details -

  • Set Send booking attachments with invoice = Yes

  • Send booking attachments - select the required dockets to attach as a link to the invoice

Email HTML Templates

'Save booking docket to booking' on the HTML Email setup page for the Booking Docket.

When this is turned on Wastedge will save a copy of the html template booking docket sent to the customer along with all the attachments as a PDF to the booking with category Booking Docket.

This also applies to Weighbridge Docket Confirmation templates

We have also added an ability on the Invoice Setup page to add Tipping attachments as one of the Booking attachments that can be attached to the invoice
